Park Midway Bank has purchased 100% of its electricity needs from renewable Minnesota wind power. The program is coordinated by Carbon Solutions Group and power is purchased through Minnesota wind farms. The Bank will pay a slight surcharge for this green form of energy. For all of its environmental stewardship, in 2007 Park Midway Bank was given an honorable mention in Mayor Chris Coleman’s Sustainable Saint Paul Awards.
